What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we receive the details you type: your name, phone number, email address, business type, location and the description of your request. When you call or WhatsApp us, we receive your number and the content of the conversation. We do not collect payment card data through this website.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and deliver kitchen equipment services, prepare quotations and maintain service records for equipment we look after. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Analytics

This site uses Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to count page visits in aggregate. It does not set cookies on your device and does not build individual visitor profiles, which is why this site shows no cookie banner.

Sharing and retention

Form submissions are delivered to our service team by email and, where you choose the WhatsApp option, through WhatsApp (a Meta service subject to its own privacy policy). We keep enquiry and service records for as long as needed to support the equipment we maintain and to meet legal and accounting obligations in Qatar.

Your rights
